VOLKSWAGEN DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST | BALTICS

to be responsible for driving Volkswagen to become #1 brand in the Baltics.

You will : 

• administrate, plan and implement content and functionality for the Volkswagen Baltic websites in close partnership with Volkswagen factory, internal departments and external partners.
• detect, report and analyse website performance issues together with internal and external partners
• initiate and execute digital customer journey improvements on regular basis
• ensure all content and communication is aligned with brand CI and executed professionally
• contribute to the development and implement digital marketing campaigns, including crosschecking of media agency planning 
• track the results and deliver reports and analytics
  
• suggest and implement new digital marketing activities
• coordinate and review Volkswagen communication on social media platform
• develop new and maintain existing digital, sales, PR and Aftersales projects in cooperation with other Volkswagen departments

We are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or marketing
• strong analytical skills and ability to understand, report and act on data
• general understanding of how websites are built and function
• knowledge of digital marketing tools e.g. Adobe Analytics, SEO, SEM etc.
• strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Latvian/Lithuania/Estonia
• degree in marketing, communication, IT or business administration
• strong desire to grow, contribute towards Volkswagen success and passion for automotive industry
