KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting our business processes to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

Perform process analysis, model "as-is" processes and identify optimization opportunities.

Model "to-be" processes and flows, describe them and coordinate the implementation of planned process changes.
Prepare a description of processes and procedures and establish them in internal procedures.
Determine performance indicators of processes, provide insights to implement changes.
Follow on KPIs of defined processes and procedures, establish follow-up routines.
Advise employees on process management issues.
Prepare requirements for IS changes, test and prepare detailed instructions for employees together with the team.

REQUIREMENTS

Have a Bachelor's degree.
Have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of process or quality management.
Know process improvement methodologies and tools.
Have knowledge of Lean, Design Thinking, Customer Journey, Quality Management or other methods and tools.
Have good planning and management skills.
Have excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian (both verbally and in writing).
Be highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
Have exeperience working with Bizagi or another process modeling program.
Be result driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
