In this position you will:

Perform daily accounting operations
Prepare annual financial statements and internal daily, monthly, yearly reports
Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and reported on time
Prepare reports to state institutions
Perform payroll accounting
Participate in annual financial audit process
Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations
Review, improvement and optimization of accounting processes
Contribute and drive other projects related to accounting

We are looking for a colleague who has:

At least 4 years of experience in the accounting
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or relevant field
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent knowledge of current tax laws and IFRS
Experience with Microsoft Navision, Finbite would be considered as an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Proactiveness and strong interest in business processes
Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken
