Currently we are expanding our Direct Clients product team and looking for a full-stack software engineer who would help to create and maintain Direct Clients product.

In this role you will:
• Work in a cross-functional Scrum team as a full-stack
software engineer mainly with React and JavaEE, but potentially with
Spring, Maven, Jasper, Oracle PL/SQL as well
• Develop new solutions and maintain existing ones
• Contribute to creating large-scale distributed systems
• Work with the team to continuously improve Agility, existing processes and ways of working
• Work with business representatives to clarify requirements and business logic
• Work with the communities to improve standards, implement initiatives across IT department
• Bring innovation and other technologies to the stack

What you need to succeed:
• Proven experience working with JavaScript, preferably React (or Angular with willingness to learn React)
• Ability to produce high quality work with minimal help
• Knowledge of Java (Spring, SOAP, REST) or willingness to learn
• Knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL, CI/CD would be considered as an advantage
• Open to learning new technology
• Believer in code reviews, knowledge sharing and exploration
• Personal skills: open-minded, team player, quick learner, creative problem-solver, comfortable with change
• Work with the communities to improve standards, implement initiatives across IT department
• Bring innovation and other technologies to the stack
• Comfortable working with Agile practices
• Good English skills
