You will:
- Lead and participate in the development and configuration of new features as well as continuous improvements within Oracle HCM Cloud
- Engage in daily operations and handle incidents promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate across teams to ensure integrated and cohesive solutions
- Maintain and enhance system configurations to improve overall functionality
- Assist in the documentation of functional and technical solutions
- Provide insights and guidance on best practices and technological solutions
- Actively contribute to the strategic planning and execution of HR digital transformation projects
- Ensure user-centricity in all technical solutions to enhance employee experience
About you:
- Proven experience in configuring Oracle Human Capital Management Suite, including modules like Core, Recruitment, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, and Analytics
- Experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BIP & HCM Extract) and knowledge of Oracle Redwood preferred
- Implement & support HCM Cloud Applications covering conversion, integrations, customizations. Troubleshoot issues, analyze and take appropriate action to remediate issues
- Proven ability to produce detailed functional and technical documentation
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to independently move projects forward
- Good ability to connect different modules and tasks to maintain a holistic view of our products
- Team player with a strong inclination towards collaborative problem solving. User-centric mindset with a firm grasp of underlying business processes and needs
- Advanced consulting skills, capable of advising on the advantages and disadvantages of various approaches and suggesting best practices
- Advanced English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 4000 EUR to 6000 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
