As the Company is expanding here in Lithuania and looking for a Junior Marketing Content Specialist, we are excited to find out if it is YOU who will join the ambitious PAYSTRAX team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Help develop and refine messaging that clearly communicates PAYSTRAXs values and unique proposition to target audiences.
Oversee the companys LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter accounts, create engaging blog posts, newsletters, and emails.
Learn SEO best practices with support from the marketing team to optimize content visibility; write SEO-friendly blog posts, social media content, and website copy.
Aid in analysing competitors strategies, measure effectiveness, and recommend adaptations.
Participate in event planning and support internal communications by preparing materials.
Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and monitor partnership integrations.
Work with the commercial team, reporting to the Marketing Manager and CCO, and support colleagues across PAYSTRAX.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

2 years of experience in content marketing or a related field.
Fluency in both Lithuanian and English (C1 level required).
Work experience with the social media channels LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.
Experience in SEO text writing (advantage).
A team player with a strong initiative and willingness to collaborate with PAYSTRAX offices in Lithuania, the UK and Iceland.
Bonus: experience managing or owning a blog, producing press releases, or developing other writing skills.
