What You Will Do:
- Perform regular and ad-hoc risk reports, monitoring and analysis of allocations, performances and trends of the Pension funds, industry and against benchmarks
- Support Risk manager and Pensions CRO in developing and improving financial risk framework, models and procedures according to the Regulations and internal requirements
- Review limits and guidelines of pension funds, compliance limit check of portfolio and target investments according to investment policy and imposed limits
- Conduct independent investment risk analysis, quantitative and qualitative research
- Perform analysis of the ESG risks applicable to pension funds and target investments
- Contribute to sound processes in the market risks management (e.g., interest rate, spread, liquidity risks) including modeling, and investment related processes
- Maintain and improve supportive tools for analysis, measurement and reporting of ESG metrics of pension funds and target investments
What We Expect:
- Understanding of investment risk analysis as well as risk management concepts
- Investment Managment knowledge
- Strong analytical mindset with high accuracy
- Professional proficiency with Excel, Bloomberg and understanding of statistical analysis and programming tools (eg. Matlab, R, Python, VBA)
- Preferred in process or completed CFA, PRM, FRM, CAIA or other in investment, risk, financial markets or ESG area certificate
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
