A business analyst in lease administration is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the lease agreement process, from coordinating the creation of a new lease to managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role involves ensuring that lease agreements are accurately documented and maintained, and that all parties involved comply with the terms of the lease.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing, verifying and maintaining up-to-date lease documentation and databases for the properties owned by the Real Estate Fund in the Baltic region
- Processing recurring rent, monthly utility charges and other monthly billings
- Preparing regular KPI reports on rent and rent roll
- Coordination of data flow related to monthly reporting
- Support on debt collection ratio to property management team
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with lease terms
Main requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in lease administration in real estate field would be huge advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsof Dinamics NAV is needed, experience with Power BI would be considered as a plus
- Proficiency in English

Salary:
Monthly salary: 1800 2500 EUR (before taxes). The final salary proposal depends on candidate knowledge and experience.
