Position overview:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, manage project teams, and ensure that IT solutions align with business objectives. Youll be responsible for tracking progress, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with all parties involved. Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Be a leader for implementing Agile philosophy in a daily environment.
Feel like Jira is your right hand.
Conduct detailed business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions for business improvement.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture and document both high-level and detailed business requirements.
Lead and support project teams by providing clear direction and answering detailed questions regarding requirements and deliverables.
Participate in the project prioritization process to ensure strategic alignment with company goals.
Prepare feasibility reports or business cases for proposed projects, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
Oversee project budgets and manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
Manage all project documentation and regularly report progress to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead decision-making processes, ensuring sound judgment and ownership of all project outcomes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or in a similar role (5+ years of experience), managing IT projects.
Experience and understanding in managing complex Agile frameworks Scrum / Kanban.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Strong leadership abilities to guide, delegate, and motivate project team towards success.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and management.
Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions and take ownership of project outcomes.
Strong organizational and planning skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies effectively.

For this position, the salary range is 3500 - 5500 EUR bruto monthly. Were offering a hybrid work module.
