You will be part of the Security Training and Awareness team, working to establish the security culture in the bank by supporting all employees in understanding and learning the correct security behaviours.You will primarily coordinate the delivery of the Security Culture Programme.
Our team has the unique opportunity to combine technical security topics with communication, training, and awareness to shape the security culture across the bank. We are very excited about our task and we are looking for an ambitious and determined colleague to help us drive the implementation of the Security Culture Programme.
You will:
- Develop and implement security training campaigns, which focus on changing our colleagues security behaviors, both at work and at home
- Implement the phishing strategy and drive the operational implementation of phishing campaigns
- Own and coordinate relationships with both Subject Matter Experts across Security, and external training vendors
- Establish a security awareness network with key stakeholders throughout the organization to understand risks and business goals
- Measure and report training and awareness effectiveness, by gathering and compiling data from multiple learning platforms
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in training and development
- Understanding of eLearning development techniques and digital tools
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
- Agile mindset, being able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Self-driven, know how to manage your own time and how to make decisions, balance priorities, and meet deadlines
- Problem solver, always ready to get your hands dirty and get excited by challenges because they give you the opportunity to come up with solutions
- Solid project and stakeholder management skills, being able to drive your own projects
- Experience in information and physical security, preferably from working with security training and awareness would be a big advantage
- Advanced skills in spoken and written English
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
