We are looking for a PHP Developer with 1+ year of experience and solid speaking skills in the Russian language.

Would you like to work with TOP technical stack? Would you like to learn from colleagues with broad expertise? Do you want to get off the treadmill and develop your skills? So, complete the test assignment, pass a couple of interviews and go through a Two-month Company Bootcamp period and youll open the door to new opportunities. It is not going to be easy, we require employees to work hard and develop their skills at a fast pace.

You will work closely with other back-end developers, front-end developers, QA engineers, designers, PMs and other employees. Our PM will make every effort to make you feel comfortable working in the company. The company has introduced an PDP (Personal Development Plan) for each employee. Our full-time English teacher will provide support and improve your English skills.

Test assignment

Implement a simple REST API server (1 POST and 2 GET requests) according to the API documentation.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, not provide applicants with the reason for being rejected and technical details of the test completed.
Once getting to the 3rd stage of the interview, the candidate will have the opportunity to receive a feedback from a technical specialist regarding your test assignment including technical details.

Our working conditions

First two months will be a paid Company Bootcamp;
Company Bootcamp period paid as fixed monthly payment;
Always stable and on time salary;
We work officially (Private Entrepreneur by contract);
Salary is calculated in €/h, with loads of 160 to 200 or more hours per month (all spent time is payd);
Additionally: company pays Bench as 75% from rate and FuckUp pays as 50% from rate;
Revision of the hourly rate every six months by +50% (according by regulations);
Quarterly bonus, project performance based;
English classes 2 times per week (groups of two people, after work hours);
Notebook, 4K monitor, stand, mouse, keyboard, headphones, comfortable chair, company branded T-shirt and mug;
Working day from 8:00 to 17:00 (The plan for the day is made at the stand-up meeting and must be accomplished (considering common sense) within the day according to the checkpoints. After accepting the work, the PM finalizes the working day);
Breakfast, lunches and other things in the kitchen at the expense of the company (coffee, tea, cookies, sweets, yogurts and drinks in the refrigerator).

Kanban Methodology for Task Management: The company uses «Scrumban» (our own flavor of Kanban system with Scrum elements) for effective planning and execution of daily tasks.

Requirements

1+ year of commercial experience;
Strong knowledge of LAMP/LEMP: PHP 7+ (preferably PHP 8);
Experience with modern PHP frameworks (preferably Laravel);
Strong knowledge of SQL;
Knowledge of GIT;
Ability to quickly search for information on the internet («googling»).

Nice to have

Basic understanding: HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap/AMD, Javascript/Typescript, Vue/Angular/React;
Experience in writing REST API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger/RAML);
Experience in writing automated tests;
UX (usability) and interface testing experience.

PHP projects: LAMP/LEMP, Laravel 5-8+;
NodeJS: NestJS, TypeORM, etc.;
Other technologies: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, Kubernetes, Bitbucket Pipelines, ArgoCD, etc.;
Hosting: Digital Ocean, AWS (including serverless services like Lambda, SQS, SES, API Gateway, etc),Heroku, GCP/GKE, Cloudflare, etc.;
Local development: Docker.

After successfully completing the onboarding and starting your collaboration with us, you will receive a PDP (Personal Development Plan). Your PM will help you plan your further growth and learning during your free time. Additionally, you will gain expertise in a variety of technologies depending on the projects you are assigned to. We also offer English courses twice a week.

Within the PDP framework, you can deepen your knowledge in your current field or even switch to a different direction. At our company, you will continue to grow constantly, with small breaks as per our guidelines, allowing you to enjoy the moment and then proceed with your development.
