The Opportunity
Please note that this is a fixed term contract role for 12 months
As a Service Project Manager you are responsible for leading and driving initiatives that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of commercial service operations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices, processes, and technologies that support organization business objectives and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will lead the implementation and ensure consistent execution of the affiliate's service commercialization vision and strategies for field service, hotline, and technical support functions. By fostering cross-departmental collaboration, you will work diligently to meet service goals and align customer interests with our overarching business objectives.
In partnership with the Commercial team, you will contribute to programs aimed at strengthening the affiliate's high-value customer relationships. Additionally, you will actively participate in providing insights and suggestions for the commercialization of Roche products.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / TASKS
Commercial strategy development and execution
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to improve service excellence and operational performance.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing service processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and Prioritize Activities: Lead and coordinate multi-country activities, prioritizing work to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Performance Management and Development: Implement robust performance management processes.

Project and Tender Management
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects focused on service improvements from conception to completion.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess deep technical knowledge and expertise in systems related to offer, tender and contract management, including tools, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of service business processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial, IT, procurement, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration and operation of service services and processes.
  • Tenders and Contracts Management: Coordinate and manage pre-tender activities.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all service business processes complies with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Supplier and External Business Management: Oversee supplier selection, including issuing Purchase Orders (PO), conducting Due Diligence (DD), and managing supplier relationships. Manage external business relationships, including partnerships with service IT and Distributors.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to service processes enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

Process Improvement and Service Delivery
  • Strategic Process Optimization: Lead the evaluation and optimization of service business processes across multiple countries to significantly enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement industry best practices in service commercialization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Performance Analysis and Proactive Improvement: Monitor and analyze advanced performance metrics to identify strategic areas for improvement, proactively addressing service commercialization pain points and enhancing service delivery.
  • Service Level Management: Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and contract conditions.
  • Complex Issue Escalation: Serve as a point of escalation for complex and high-impact service process issues, providing strategic guidance and support to teams for effective resolution.
  • Process Innovation and Best Practices: Identify and implement innovative process improvements and best practices to continually enhance service business processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor service performance and identify trends. Produce regular reports for senior management.

Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree in Natural/Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ year experience in Healthcare products or services related industry in the project manager position with focus on technical projects implementation.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in leading customer technical support and service projects for large, diverse customer bases
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, with a preference for expertise in Agile methodologies.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of addressing complex technical challenges.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, adept at influencing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer-focused mindset, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional service and enhancing customer relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, driving alignment and achieving shared goals.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English, with proficiency in additional Baltic languages considered a significant advantage.

Salary starts from 2000 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
