Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. In this position you will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and efficiently.
Work
Maintaining a positive culture as well as organized, safe, and welcoming office environment will be a key part of your duties. Your role will also involve managing the procurement by making sure that the office is always stocked with whats needed and within budget. You'll be responsible for tracking all goods and deliveries, coordinating with engineering and logistics to ensure timely and accurate shipments. You'll also serve as the primary contact for our external suppliers, managing relationships, meeting deadlines and negotiating contracts.
In addition to these tasks, you'll be in charge of organizing smaller company events, catering, and some of the promotional material management. Collaboration with different departments, such as Finance, HR and whole Engineering, will be essential to facilitate smooth operations, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Your proactive and hands-on approach will be crucial in keeping our operations running smoothly and effectively. Other requirements would include:
- Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English is essential, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A valid drivers license is required to manage errands, deliveries, and other transportation needs if necessary.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to anticipate and solve issues quickly, keeping operations running smoothly.
Previous experience in office management, administration, or a related field is required.
