What You Will Do:

• Implementoperational continuity and resilience arrangements throughout the organization
• Engage and coordinatewith stakeholders to ensure they fulfill their roles in implementing continuity and resilience measures
• Advise and consultemployees on the requirements of operational continuity and resilience, serving as a subject-matter expert
• Establish governance structuresto monitor and guide the implementation of operational continuity and resilience initiatives
• Conduct independent analysesof regulatory requirements and best practices
• Provide trainingon operational continuity and resilience to enhance readiness and awareness
• Keep senior management and employees informed about continuity programs
• Prepare briefings and status updatesfor regulators and senior management
• Coordinatethe revision and testing of business continuity plans, business impact analyses

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experiencein business continuity, crisis management, risk management or IT continuity/recovery
• Solid understanding of operational and business continuity requirements, as well as relevant regulations
• Innovation mindset, with the ability to identify new approaches for enhancing resilience
• Knowledgeof banking products, processes, and systems will be considered as highly advantageous
• Fluent English and Lithuanian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic level and in communication with external regulators
