PASSER Group is a leading industrial group of companies focused on providing innovative solutions for the renewable energy sector.
As PASSER continues to grow, we are looking to enhance our bidding capacity and expertise. Therefore, we are seeking to fill the position of Sales (Bid) Manager.
To handle this job position well, we'd expect you to be superior offer responsible and coordinate complete offering with underlying documents (e.g. Calculations, drawings, specifications) in cooperation with the responsible managers (Engineering, Production, Project, Procurement, Contract, Finance) 
In this work role, you will be an important addition to our local sales team, but also collaborate with our sales teams in Norway, the Netherlands and agents worldwide.

Qualifications
• Higher education, preferably a Master's degree. Relevant experience can compensate for higher education.
• Relevant industry experience, preferably from large, multi-disciplinary international projects in our market sectors
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical abilities
• Comfortable with domestic and international travel
• Proficient in data tools, including Excel
• Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
