Your responsibilities would be:

Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to signing of contracts for new production & service employees.
Partner with team leads to identify the requirements and necessary qualifications for vacancies.
Conduct interviews and selection processes in collaboration with production & service team leads.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials for new hires.
Assist with new employee onboarding, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
Organize and maintain HR-related documentation such as company policies, and benefits information.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Maintain annual vacation plan, health check plan and training records.
Assist with organizing events for employees.

Here's what you'll need to be considered for this opportunity:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internship experience may be considered).
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (both written and oral).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Familiarity with HRIS system Workday (preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
