BOX STORAGE was founded in 2006 and offers the largest self-storage service in the Baltics. We were the first to launch self-storage services in Latvia and the Baltics. Currently, we are expanding our operations in Lithuania and are looking for a manager to lead our new branch in Vilnius. BOX STORAGE provides a pleasant environment for using our services, offering customers heated rooms, loading areas under a roof, 24/7 access, available carts for transporting items, lifts, as well as support from the manager during working hours.

We invite you to join our BOX STORAGE team as a Customer Manager.

We expect the following from the candidate:

A responsible attitude towards work;
Ability to plan and organize work independently and take initiative;
Ability to quickly and effectively resolve problem situations;
A positive and friendly attitude towards customers;
Experience working with documents and excellent computer skills;
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
Experience in marketing is preferred;
Experience working with clients is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Communication with potential clients and providing support to existing clients;
Ensuring the flow of documents and information within the company and with clients (contract signing, report generation, preparing emails and invoices for clients, etc.);
Participation in planning and organizing the company's operations;
Involvement in the company's marketing activities;
Supervising the self-storage facility and ensuring its smooth operation.
