As a Customer Support Specialist, your main tasks will be to:
- Communicate with customers via email and live chat.
- Answer customer questions about our product features and integrations, and solve all kinds of technical issues together with our tech team.
- Help create custom interactive calculators for our customers.
- Upkeep the product knowledge base and FAQ with relevant, up-to-date information.
- Regularly test software together with our tech team and complete bug reports.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent written English skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Web technology savvy.
- An ability to handle complaints and keep calm in stressful situations.
- An eagerness to learn and grow.
- Prior experience in customer care will be considered an advantage but is not necessary.
