Get ready to

• Analyze competitors' marketing approaches, acquisition models, selling points, and product changes to uncover actionable insights
  
• Dive deep into the health and wellness sector and be an ad creative detectiveidentify trending products, viral campaigns, and rising stars
  
• Provide thorough competitive analysis across various companies' market offerings, pricing models, sales strategies, and methods of operation
  
• Innovate by finding ways to improve and automate competitor monitoring processes to deliver even greater value to Kilo Health
  
• Share valuable insights continuously with leadership, marketing, and product teams, helping to guide strategic decision-making
  

We expect you to

• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar analytical role, ideally within the health and wellness or related sectors
  
• Be a master multitasker, managing multiple projects or tasks at once without losing focus or quality
  
• Take strong ownership of your workbe proactive, follow through, and deliver results with minimal supervision
  
• Show impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in everything you do
  
• Be an analytical thinker, skilled at conducting market research, identifying trends, and drawing insights from data to support decision-making
  
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, effectively sharing key information with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  
• Be a forward-thinker, bringing fresh, innovative ideas and insights about emerging trends, creative content, and potential industry shifts

Salary

Gross salary range is 2100-3300 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
