Are you a proactive Development Consultant committed to strategic initiatives and transformative changes? Do you enjoy working with a diverse team and have a background in financial institutions or experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager? As part of the Services Transformation Team in Personal & Business Customer Services, you will be involved in adapting processes within our service organization. The P&BC Services area of approx. 1,000 employees across the Nordics and Lithuania handle the manual service operation for Personal and Business customers.
Your focus will be on strategic initiatives that transform our Services organization, with a special emphasis on integrating digitalization initiatives across various departments.
We are a team, consisting of 17 people, located in Finland, Denmark and Lithuania.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office). This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.

You will:
- Utilize your management consulting experience to analyze complex project requirements, set clear goals, and ensure stable progress
- Co-create solutions across multidisciplinary teams, steering tasks with a holistic and process-oriented approach
- Identify process improvement opportunities that create measurable benefits, such as reducing task variance and error rates
- Have the possibility to lead and manage strategic projects across multiple divisions, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives, entering in various project phases (initiation, analysis or implementation)
- Ability to act seamlessly both at a strategic high-level overview and a detailed level, depending on the stakeholder involved
- Engage stakeholders at different seniority levels and roles within the bank to ensure transparency and alignment
About you:
- 3+ Years of experience as a Management or Development consultant or Project Manager with success in driving projects
- Proficient analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience within Financial Institutions as a Business Analyst or Project Manager would be considered as a beneficial asset
- Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., IPMA, PMP) and proficiency in Agile methodologies are highly regarded
- Experience in GenAI and IT projects is considered a valuable asset, as the role may involve working on projects related to the implementation of GenAI technologies to enhance and improve our services
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field would be considered as a beneficial asset
- Upper-Intermediate skills in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work both on your own and in a team. Solid collaboration skills and positive approach to new items and people
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2560 EUR to 3840 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
