Job description
eJam is looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to join their team in Vilnius and take ownership of end-to-end project execution within a high-output creative team. In this role, you will bring structure to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with creative strategists, media buyers, video editors, and executive stakeholders both locally and globally.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full lifecycle of creative projects from briefing to execution
- Driving workflows, timelines, and resource allocation
- Facilitating collaboration between creative, media, and data teams
- Implementing project tracking processes and reporting progress to stakeholders
- Supporting rapid brand launches with high-volume creative output (~3000 videos/month)
- Ensuring timely delivery of quality content across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creative or marketing project management
- Hands-on experience managing creative teams or production pipelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organization abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Workable, Notion, Asana)
- Fluency in English
- Self-employment certificate (contractor status)
