We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our high-performing Sales team! In this role, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects, working closely with sales teams, R&D, procurement, and partners. Your expertise in managing complex technical solutions and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders will be critical to driving success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project schedules and resources to ensure timely and efficient execution
Team Collaboration: Organize and lead meetings with partners, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain alignment and project progress
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate daily communication with sales managers, project teams, and external partners to ensure clarity and progress
Tender Analysis: Review and analyze tender requirements to ensure project alignment with specifications
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks to mitigate potential project impacts
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, procurement, and key suppliers to meet quality and technical standards for deliverables.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management
Strong computer skills
Analytical and critical-thinking abilities
Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Experience managing with complex technical solutions
Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
