Requirements for candidates

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC front sales or technical sales (experience in Baltic region is a plus)
  • Understanding of HVAC industry regulations, certifications, and energy efficiency requirements in Lithuania (knowledge of mentioned regulations and requirements in other Baltic countries is a plus)
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and ability to design (select) AHUs / FCs / Chilled beams / Chillers / other HVAC components like VAVs, dampers, grilles
  • Knowledge of Clean Room systems would be treated as an advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience working with distributors and B2B clients in Lithuania (other Baltic region countries would be a plus)
  • Proficiency in CRM software (MS365) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (Russian is a plus)
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within Lithuania

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled HVAC Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Lithuania. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling HVAC solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential clients. You will act as a key link between customers and our own production facilities, providing expertise, consultation, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
  • Identify new sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and submission of quotation to closing the deal (placing the orders in our production facilities)
  • Prepare and present technical proposals and HVAC system designs based on customer requirements
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support, including product demonstrations, site visits, and after-sales service coordination
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure solutions are technically sound and cost-effective
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations in HVAC systems in the Lithuanian market
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all sales activities
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
