Meet the team:
We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA HQ team in GBS team in Vilnius. Dexcom Payroll Analyst act as the liaison between our employees and third-party payroll providers, ensuring the accurate and timely production of monthly payrolls across EMEA.
Where you come in:
Procurement and Supplier Management (PSM) is a dynamic function and key contributor to the growth of Dexcom. PSM comprises of Direct materials Sourcing & Purchasing and Vendor management functions, and Indirect Sourcing & Procurement teams. All teams collaborate to help guide the business to preferred suppliers and preferred buying channels to drive compliance to procurement practices. PSM team is continuously growing and expanding procurement capability globally to meet future needs of the business. The Indirect Sourcing & Procurement team as a result is creating new positions for Buyers (Indirect) in Europe to support the rollout of Dexcoms Spend Management platform (Coupa) in the region.
Where you come in:
- Generates, adjusts and expedites purchase orders.
- Supports global and regional purchasing and Supplier Relationship Management strategies.
- Supports category strategies.
- Ensures compliance to the Dexcom code of conduct.
- Responsible for maintaining the procurement support email inbox and supporting end users with their requests and inquiries. This may include but is not limited to guidance and clarifications on procurement policy and processes, training system navigation, generating reports, and maintaining PO data in systems.
- Maintain supplier information and good data by closing or re-opening purchase orders, deactivate suppliers, perform user access analysis, and other data cleanup activities as assigned.
- Process new supplier, bid exception request, and other forms in the system.
- Respond to approval requests in the eProcurement system by reviewing required documents and communicating with requesters and stakeholders to fulfill internal approval and policy requirements.

- Guide end users with ad hoc requests such as setting up reports in the eProcurement system, profile setting adjustment, system navigation training, etc.
- Ensures compliance to the Dexcoms standards and policies.
- Participates in various procurement process improvement projects and performs other tasks as assigned.
- Support travel coordinator activities.
- Support contract management activities.
What makes you successful:
- Experience in similar role 2-4 years.
- University degree.
- Experience using ERP systems; Coupa (S2P) experience would be preferred.
- Experience in purchasing Indirect spend categories.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Ability to negotiate typical business terms with Suppliers.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships.
- Fluent in English.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,316.25 to €2,861.25 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
