Are you passionate about getting down to insurance risk details, shaping product strategies for profitable growth, and adding value to our customer offering?In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

Define and control our insurance risk appetite;
Set and implement competitive product pricing strategies;
Improve underwriting processes and ensure underwriting controls;
Do motor and property case underwriting, prepare proposals, communicate underwriting decisions;
Ensure underwriting related IT development requirement definition and implementation;
Prepare portfolio analytics, analysis and reports;
Do stakeholder management.

What is needed in this role:

Bachelors or Masters degree;
Min 3 years of work experience in nonlife insurance underwriting, portfolio management or actuarial;
Knowledge in nonlife insurance products, pricing principles, risk selection, underwriting process, market and customer behavior;
Good analytic and communication skills;
Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Fluent in Lithuanian, good oral and written English.
