Short intro

Were expanding our external SEO services for clients across various industries in Lithuania and globally, and are looking for a mid-level SEO Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on on-page SEO, content optimization, and light technical SEO. If you live and breathe rankings, optimization, and user intent lets talk!

What You'll do?

On-Page SEO Management
Optimize website pages for search intent, metadata, content structure, and internal linking across different client niches.

Content-Driven SEO
Work closely with our content team to create and refine SEO-optimized articles, product pages, blog posts, and more. Provide briefs and guidance when needed.

Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis
Identify ranking opportunities, analyze competitors, and build keyword strategies tailored to each clients goals.

Light Technical SEO
Run regular audits (crawlability, speed, indexing), flag issues, and coordinate fixes with developers where needed.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user behavior. Share simple, insightful reports with actionable recommendations.

Collaboration Across Teams
Work closely with project managers, writers, marketers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the board.

Prioritization & Multi-Project Organization
Willingness to learn and develop skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously, while effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

What Were Looking For

1 - 3 years SEO experience.

Good knowledge of on-page SEO and how it connects with content performance.

Understanding basic technical SEO (sitemaps, redirects, Core Web Vitals, etc.).

Experience using tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and others.

A collaborative mindset and ability to juggle multiple projects for different industries.

Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized while handling multiple client projects.

Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Bonus Points

Experience with multilingual SEO or local SEO strategies.

Past work with eCommerce, SaaS, or affiliate websites.
