We are seeking a highly observant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mystery Shopper.
As a Mystery Shopper, you will play a crucial role in evaluating our clients' customer service and sales performance. You will visit various retail stores and other establishments, posing as a regular customer, and provide valuable feedback on your shopping experience.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to observe and recall information accurately
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time
- Fluency in the local language
Responsibilities
- Conduct secret shopper visits to various retail stores and other establishments
- Interact with employees and evaluate their customer service and sales performance
- Complete detailed reports on your shopping experience, including any issues or areas for improvement
- Provide constructive feedback to management on ways to improve customer service and sales performance
