Position overview

As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for IT systems analysis, evaluation of technical solutions, and providing recommendations. You will work closely with developers, infrastructure specialists, and business teams, ensuring that IT solutions meet organizational needs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Analyze the performance of existing IT systems, identify issues, and propose improvement opportunities
Gather and document technical requirements for new systems and modifications to existing systems
Prepare technical specifications and system documentation for the development team
Perform IT system integration analysis and ensure seamless data flow between systems
Understand diagrams, data flow schemas, and system architecture documentation
Participate in IT project planning, execution, and oversight
Perform data analysis
Test IT solutions, participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) processes
Monitor IT market trends and propose opportunities for implementing new technologies
Provide technical support and consultation to internal teams

Requirements

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related STEM field
At least 2 years of experience in IT systems analysis, maintenance, or administration
Familiar with SQL (data analysis, query writing, report generation)
Understanding of databases, their structures, and operating principles
Experience in preparing technical documentation and specifications
Understanding of API principles and data exchange formats (JSON, XML, YAML)
Basic understanding of network infrastructure, servers, and cloud computing
Ability to think analytically, structure complex technical information, and communicate it clearly
Native Lithuanian, English at B2 level or above

Nice to have

Experience working with Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodologies and practical skills using Jira and Confluence
Programming fundamentals (Python, JavaScript, or another language)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Experience with large-scale ERP or CRM systems
Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
ITIL, CompTIA, or other IT certifications

For this position, the salary range is 3000 - 4500 EUR bruto monthly. Were offering a hybrid work module.
