Key Responsibilities

Provide legal consultations to company management, employees, and clients on various legal matters.
Analyze the application of legal acts and prepare legal opinions and recommendations.
Provide guidance on the implementation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Draft, review, amend, and coordinate contracts, agreements, internal procedures, orders, policies, authorizations, warnings, claims, protocols, and other legal documents required for company operations.
Coordinate legal aspects related to company incorporation and administration in different jurisdictions.
Participate in internal projects related to process improvement, governance development, and operational optimization.

What We Are Looking For

Master’s degree in Law
At least 2 years of professional legal experience (experience in business, employment or contract law is considered an advantage).
Strong ability to analyze legal texts and prepare legal documentation.
Excellent Lithuanian language skills and English at B2 level or higher (C1 preferred).
Strong analytical thinking and independent decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
