We are looking for a commercial-first Account Management Team Lead to guide and scale a team responsible for our most strategic global accounts. We need a leader who deeply understands how to map enterprise accounts, reverse-engineer churn risks, and hunt for expansion opportunities within existing infrastructure portfolios. You will report directly to the commercial leadership team, driving operational excellence while actively mentoring your team into elite commercial strategists.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead, develop, and mentor an Account Management team, fostering a high-performance, goal-oriented culture.
- Coach and support team members, elevating their enterprise negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and deep understanding of the scraping/data infrastructure market.
- Drive revenue growth by ensuring flawless client retention and aggressive portfolio expansion.
- Manage executive-level client relationships, stepping into high-stakes negotiations to unlock additional value creation.
- Oversee strategic account planning, including commercial structuring, legal compliance, and procurement cycles.
- Optimise internal processes, identifying and removing operational bottlenecks to streamline day-to-day delivery.
- Personally manage a portfolio of a few strategic accounts to stay connected with industry trends and client challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to enhance the client experience.
- Develop and refine best practices for account engagement, retention, and growth strategies.
- Apply our leadership principles to guide your team and drive results.
Your skills & experience:
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B account management with explicit, metric-backed ownership over retention and expansion revenue.
- Demonstrated history of leading, coaching, and managing the performance of account managers or commercial reps, with a strong commitment to a feedback culture.
- Strong organizational skills with direct experience navigating complex enterprise procurement, compliance, and legal cycles. High familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Ability to navigate difficult executive-level client conversations calmly, manage internal stakeholders, and align diverse teams under pressure.
- Experience in SaaS / infrastructure / data / AI industr.y
- Technical understanding of APIs, scraping, proxies, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with strategic QBRs and account planning.
- Familiarity with AI tooling and workflow optimisation.
