Sisley is a premium beauty brand known for combining innovation, quality, and an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a passionate, service-minded Beauty Consultant to represent the brands from our portfolio, including Sisley Paris and Hair Rituel by Sisley, and inspire customers through our world of skincare, make-up, fragrances, and haircare.

Key Responsibilities
- To promote and sell Sisley’s products, identify and fulfill final consumer’s needs and thus provide quality advice and services.
- To set up actions towards the teams of stores in order to develop their knowledge of Sisley’s products and to maintain the relationship and Sisley’s high end brand image.
- To maintain the display of the Sisley’s products on the shelves according to the strategies and indications of Sisley regarding the distribution of promotional materials.
- To implement Sisley’s promotional campaigns and application of the Sisley’s instructions regarding the distribution of promotional materials. The objective of these stores events is to support the development of turnover achieved for the Sisley’ s products.
- To send weekly reports and participating at Sisley’s products training in order to maximize competency.
- Personal presentation and professional conduct should consistently reflect Sisley’s premium brand standards.
Requirements
- Passion for makeup: company will provide training in specific MAC makeup techniques.
- Previous retail experience is required; experience in cosmetics is a strong plus.
- Fluent in Estonian, communicative English and basic knowledge of Russian beneficial.
- Excellent communication and organizational talents.
