To support this strategic initiative, they are seeking an experienced SSC Manager who will lead the setup and development of the center, ensure efficient service delivery across multiple functions and countries, build and develop high-performing teams, drive process standardization and continuous improvement, and act as a key partner to both local and international stakeholders.
