• Perform customer ongoing enhanced due diligence in order to prevent terrorist financing, money-laundering, as well as to detect and prevent fraudulent or sanctioned activities 
• Analyze Nordea customer base in order to detect and follow - up customers who due to their “politically exposed person” status are subject of more detailed AML monitoring 
• Analyse customer base in order to detect non-resident customers who require mandatory tax reporting and ensure tax reports are properly sent; 
• Ensure good cooperation and knowledge sharing with other Nordea units both within and outside own responsibility area to ensure efficient processing of the AML support; 
• To carry out mandatory reporting on customers, their assets and transactions; 
• Contribute to a good working environment by taking on a positive and constructive approach in cooperation with colleagues and giving honest feedback ensuring the drive of high performance in the unit. 

 Requirements and Competencies:

• Bachelor degree 
• Excellent Lithuanian and English writing and speaking skills 
• Good Russian language skills (reading and understanding) 
• Responsible, thorough, fast learner  
• Analytical skills 
• Attentive to details
