Avion Express Malta is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express Malta provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its' clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express Malta is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's technical matters, handle fleet expansion and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

‣ Organize and participate in aircraft deliveries and redeliveries to/from Company’s fleet;
‣ Ensure all the documents are prepared for redeliveries as per Lease Agreement requirements;
‣ Control fleet status and utilization in light of lease contracts conditions;
‣ Organize and control proper information flow between Company and aircraft lessors/owners as required by contracts;
‣ Liaise with Aviation Authorities regarding aircraft registration/deregistration and airworthiness related matters;
‣ As required, perform physical inspections of Company‘s fleet;
‣ As required, liaise with VP Fleet and VP Technical regarding lease/sale contracts;
‣ As required, participate in Company’s budgeting processes.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

‣ 5+ years of experience in aviation industry;
‣ Recent experience in fleet management area;
‣ Experience and knowledge on A320 family aircraft. Knowledge on other aircraft types would be considered as an advantage;
‣ Motivation, willingness to learn, and flexibility;
‣ Strong communication and time management skills;
‣ Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
