Job description:

Create and maintain healthy work environment;
Communicate consistently and openly with colleagues;
Maintain and develop internally used HR system;
Prepare employment, termination and other related personnel documents;
Monitor employees’ duty time;
Identify potential candidates, review CV, organize job interviews and select candidates.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree;
At least 3 years of work experience in the field of search and selection of personnel, HR;
Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing;
Strong focus on result and quality;
Excellent communication, organizational skills, negotiation and time planning skills.
