Description:

• Designing the operations processes and policies of the Company;
• Operations reporting for the Company in compliance with legal acts;
• Designing and carrying out operations training for Company staff;
• Helping IT to conduct system testing;
• Acting as a contact person for local authorities, Bank of Lithuania, attend relevant trainings and meetings;
• Be up-to-date with ongoing legislation changes, regulatory recommendations and industry best practices on operations security and advising Management and relevant Company personnel accordingly;
• Participating in internal and external audits;
• Participating in Company system and product planning and development targeting efficient operations execution;
• Direct participation in Company‘s daily operation‘s execution;
• Carrying out other tasks and targets set by the supervisor;
• Related experience (3 years+) is considered as advantage;
• Knowing Mandarin (Chinese) is a strong advantage for less experienced individual.
