MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize daily activities of the shops;
Hire and train the staff with a focus on customer service;
Analyze brand positioning and client insights;
Plan and lead day-to-day delivery activities to reach the company’s goals;
Brand Management for assigned brands.

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years experience in the retail field;
Good Lithuanian and English language skills;
Knowledge of MS office;
Teamwork skills and communicability.

WILL BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADVANTAGE:

University degree in Economics or Marketing;
Russian language skills;
Driver’s license (B category).
