Your main tasks:

• Collaboration and communication with the external client to ensure high level of process quality related to the client’s services and production
• Review of statements of accounts from brokers/third parties
• Allocation of received cash
• Investigation of mismatches in received information
• Raising payments
• Managing correspondence and documentation
• Participation in different projects contributing for process improvement
• Participation in learning sessions and training new joiners about work types and processes
• Preparation of reports and analysis

Requirements:

• To be good in spoken and written Danish (B2/C1) and English languages
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication and time management skills
• Customer focus and positive attitude
• Working experience with MS Excel would be an advantage
• Experience in Finance/Insurance field and/or related studies would be an advantage
