Bored Panda is expanding and opening a new viral DIY (Do It Yourself) video project. In order to start and become successful, we are looking for a Producer. This is a full-time position based in our Vilnius office! You will be responsible for quickly assembling a creative team by finding the very best people who are right for the job. You will also be in charge of overseeing the production of DIY project videos and organizing things so that videos are produced faster and better.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to meet production and delivery deadlines;
- Create time-efficient and effective workflow processes;
- Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlines;
- Work closely with directors - helping them to fulfill their creative ideas and manage their filming schedules;
- Manage actors - hiring, organizing their filming timeline;
- Secure production locations and look for additional crew members;
- Manage workflow in finding props, costumes, coordinating and directing all talent during production.

Requirements:
- Experience in television or film/video production;
- Proven ability to build, manage, and lead a production team;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must;
- Advanced English skills;
- Strong organizational ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Understanding of social media and video platforms;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Result oriented mindset;
- Problem-solving attitude;
- Ambition to conquer the world is a definite plus.
