RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Keeping MS Office templates up to date, modify existing templates as well as developing new ones in accordance with KPMG branding standards
Support and help manage KPMG’s in house tools: template library, KPMG Toolbars in MS Word and MS Powerpoint
Implement new tool for the management of Proposals in MS Powerpoint

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Good understanding of templates, template design and knowledge of Visual Basic
Experience from producing/working with reports of a high visual standard
Good communication skills, understanding the needs of end users as well as the guidelines and rules specific to KPMG and branding
Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills
Higher education degree in IT field
