Currently we are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (FINNISH)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers
• Together with the team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Focus on the customer: communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks
• Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management
• Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases
• Be a role model of Yara’s culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority

Profile

• Fluent/native in English and Finnish
• Relationship builder
• Excellent communicator
• Supportive team player
• Result-oriented
• Consistent performer
• Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain
• Based in Vilnius or willing to relocate

Salary range

We offer salary from 1815 Eur to 2723 Eur/month gross (before taxes).
