Now we are seeking proactive, ambitious, and hard-working Finance Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team here in Vilnius!

Responsibilities:
• Providing support to the Accounting Department;
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, dealing with invoices, processing the mail, etc.;
• Invoices & receipts allocation to project & analysis;
• Financial & statistics analysis & reporting;
• Weekly & monthly expenses data preparation;
• Supporting team with payment, accounting, billing-related matters;
• Close collaboration with Producer and Financial Manager;
• Ensuring smooth operation of the Accounting Department, an organized environment, and consistency of details.

Requirements:
• Good analytical and computer skills in spreadsheets and databases;
• Meticulousness and honesty when working with financial records;
• Committed, efficient work ethic;
• Flexible and ‘can do’ attitude according to role and duties.
Would be a plus:
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel;
• Knowledge of fundamentals of accounting.
