KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Integrate diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the design, management and implementation within all development programs
  
• Conduct needs analyses to evaluate organizational learning needs and recommend, refine and implement program solutions as needed
• Prepare and distribute training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms and visual aids; makes presentations when necessary
• Create custom learning solutions for varying customers across the organization
• Build relationships with internal customers and external vendors
• Develop and manage learning and organizational development initiatives that align with business goals, and organizational strategies
• Participate and drive of global learning projects
• Develop and transform learning solutions to offer best in class learning for IKI employees and leaders
• Contribute to strengthening of everyday learning culture
• Lead with IKI values and ensure they are embedded into all learning programs
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in HR, Business Management, Organisational Development or related field preferred
• Experience in creating effective digital learning solutions as well as good at adult learning principles and learning design
• Great at collaborating with external partners & internal customers
• Professional in driving projects
• Innovative and structured
• Excellent communication & presentation/public speaking skills
• Technology skills including LMS, Power Point etc.
• Excellent in English
• Positive, open-minded and a great team player
