• Monitor day to day RPA operations
• Issue resolution on a daily basis during process run and provide timely response and solution as required. Ensuring that live RPA processes runs and deliver as per SLA
• Be a single point of contact to update/ communicate on live Automated processes
• Learn and be part of development team for small ot medium RPA developments
• Assist PRA head to analyse and assess the potential RPA cases
• Creation and maintaining the technical and process documentation
• Demonstrate RPA capabilities to business

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in RPA development
• Knowledge of UiPath is desired
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Mindset to anticipate and resolve challenges
• Flexible approach with a strong team spirit
• Professional style when dealing with business clients
• Numerate with a good eye for detail
