- Attract, select, and on-board full-time employees
- Attract, select, and on-board freelance language specialists from all over the world
- Maintain the communication with the community of freelance linguists, help them with occurring issues
- Perform freelance linguists quality checks
- Maintain internal databases

- Your oral and written communication skills are good both in EN and LT
- You have at least one year of recruitment experience
- Following/creating instructions is what you are good at
