Job information

• Ensure data managed in the Data Privacy solution (OneTrust) are high quality and fit for purpose
• Manage the configuration of the Data Privacy solution, including the metadata
• Manage user accounts, accesses, and authorizations for the Data Privacy solution
• Manage the technical interfaces e.g. Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) between the Data Privacy solution and other IT solutions
• Perform root-cause analysis on Data Privacy solution problems and implement corrective actions
• Manage changes to the Data Privacy solution, including testing
• Report on services performance
• Manage the training for the Data Privacy solution using the “train the trainer” approach
• Interact with internal and external providers for the delivery of services and the key stakeholders in the legal entities and business units
• Provide support to business projects for Data Privacy Improvements

Requirements

• Ideally experience in a Data Privacy solution such as OneTrust, or similar compliance or business process management solutions
• Experience in managing IT services, knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams 
• Interest in Data Privacy legislation
• Proactive, adaptable, enthusiastic, structured and analytical
• Professional attitude towards colleagues and external parties across different cultures and professions
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential. Other languages will be considered as an advantage
