MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure compliance of internal regulation with legal regulations;
Inform and advise managers in fulfilling their obligation to become acquainted with implementation regarding legislative and other changes in their departments;
Prepare a monthly overview of new and amended generally binding legal regulations governing the activities in Lithuania;
Comment on drafts of all internal regulations (when creating a regulation and when updating it) and product sheets;
Keep electronic records of submitted complaints about services and coordinate complaint handling;
Ensure contact with state supervisory authorities in the supervision of banks, capital markets, and related areas;
Monitor the fulfillment of Qundo‘s local obligations to provide information;
Implement measures against the misuse of information, data, and documents obtained, while performing activities and maintaining the confidentiality of information obtained during or in connection with the fulfillment of compliance obligations;

REQUIREMENTS:

More than 3 years of experience in running a similar role, at a financial services organization with the size and complexity of Qundo;
Proven experience in handling and dealing with regulators with respective communication skills;
Good knowledge of financial services in the area of payments products, payments & banking infrastructure, and account management;
Good and trustful communication with clients, employees, regulators, and Qundo Management and Shareholders;
Used to work in an independent and remote manner;
Fluency in English and Lithuanian language (both in oral and written);
