Responsibilities: 

• Providing Project Management for assigned IT projects (Software)
• Providing recommendations to internal and external clients on product capabilities and features
• Defining project scope, goals and deliverables
• Motivating project teams to ensure performance
• Ensuring communication with clients in a timely manner
• Coach and lead training sessions for internal and external clients on current and future projects 
• Coach and support teams with their Scrum implementations

Requirements: 

• Good people interaction skills with the ability to positively influence teams and individuals
• Experience in IT project management role
• Experience in preparing functional and non-functional requirements
• Strong analytical, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
