Requirements

• Strong leadership skills.
• Have practical experience with Scrum and know when to apply Scrum and Kanban.
• Like and are able to visualize things .
• Consider yourself to be empathetic person.
• Have knowledge and experience how to lead, train, coach and motivate people locally and remotely, manage conflicts.
• Have IT and relevant business background is not mandatory but certainly would serve as an advantage
