RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial transactions recorded clearly following IFRS, Group accounting and statutory accounting policies and local regulations
Key business processes related accounting area coverage (Portfolio accounting, capital flow transactions, etc.)
Review, reconciliation and analysis of accounting data
Assistance in Annual audit and Tax reviews, as well as annual inventory
Preparation of financial reports and declarations
Well-timed and accurate each monthly closing (4th WD) covering necessary ERPs and accounting ledger reconciliations & accruals (to be reached within first 3 months)
Looking for new ways of accounting process improvements, including the use of Internal and Accounting systems functionality
Effective communication with all involved parties (Customer service, Debt collection, IT departments, external partners, auditors, HQ employees, etc)
Assistance in developing internal accounting policies and processes, improvements and transition to the accounting system

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor‘s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
At least 5 years of experience in accounting
Knowledge of Legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting and taxes
Knowledge of accounting for finance companies with scope of business in non-bank financial institution is a bene
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Proficient computer skills, especially MS Excel
Analytical skills and ability to pay attention to details
